Booking a Consultation

I take a fully refundable deposit of £30 for all consultations. Should you need to cancel or rearrange, I kindly request you give a minimum of 72 hours notice. Failure to give notice before this time period will result in the deposit taken by the clinic. This allows me to manage my diary and offer the appointment time to another client.

Please note, all consultations are performed thoroughly, with as much time as required to fully discuss potential treatments, products, benefits, risks and perform a through assessment by a fully qualified, registered aesthetic nurse. No consultation is rushed and best advice for your individual needs is provided.


Booking Single Treatments or Chargeable Consultations

I take a fully refundable deposit of £30 for all consultations or when booking in for single treatments. This is fully refunded should you need to cancel and give a minimum of 72 hours notice, you have the consultation and decide not to proceed or you are advised not to have the treatments by your clinician.

Should you decide to proceed, the deposit will be deducted from the total balance cost of the treatment.


Booking Treatments for a Course or Package

Please note that the full cost of the course or package will be requested at the initial treatment unless a personalised payment plan has been agreed with your clinician. *

* There is the option to open a GoCardless account to help manage your payments for the treatment. Treatment will be provided as the final installment is paid. Under no circumstances will treatments be provided if the full cost is not available to be paid or has been paid. Please ask your clinician if you would like to set up a GoCardless account.


Treatment Deposit

Please note that at or after consultation, if you decide to proceed with the treatment(s), a treatment deposit of £30 will be required. This is because most treatment products need to be ordered in specifically for you and some require a private prescription. This deposit comes off the balance cost of the treatment also. It is non-refundable. Some treatments do not require this deposit as they are kept as stock items. Your clinician will advise you if this deposit is required.


Appointments and Cancellations

Please contact 07920 729472 if you need to cancel your appointment. If the clinician is busy, please leave a voice message because if this is before 72 hours you will receive a full refund of your consultation deposit unless you wish to rearrange.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your consultation is due. Late arrival may result in reduced consultation or treatment time or forfaiting your appointment. Your clinician endeavours to ensure you are given enough time for a through appointment and runs to time. However, should your clinician need to cancel or postpone for unforeseen circumstances you will be contacted in advance as much as possible.

Prior to appointment, if required you will be informed of any preparation required. Failure to follow these may result in cancellation of your appointment or reduced treatment time.

If you have to bring a child along to your appointment, please bring an appropriate other person to care for the child whilst your appointment takes place.


Booking for a Course of Treatment

All treatment courses must be taken within 12 months of the date purchased. Any treatments left untaken after 12 months will be forfeited and no refund will be given.

Treatment courses are only refundable for medical reasons. Any refund is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already received plus any charge for non-attendance from the total price of the treatment course, with the difference refunded.


Treatment Suitability

As part of your consultation you will be assessed as to whether the treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful in giving the desired results. You will only be charged for the consultation and will be given an explanation as to why the treatment is not suitable.
